'max-height: ' + $refs.container1.scrollHeight + 'px' : ''\">\r\n        <div class=\"py-6\"><p>A management fee of $10.00 is required for each reservation, and a deposit of 50% of the accommodation cost must be charged to your credit card.<\/p>\n<p>Each camping group must pay a deposit. It is not possible to reserve multiple sites with a single deposit. Paying the deposit allows us to confirm the validity of your reservation and guarantee you a specific location in a designated area.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum stay is two nights, with a minimum of three nights required on holiday weekends. The maximum stay is four weeks.<\/p>\n<p>If you need to cancel or change your stay, you must notify us at least<strong> one week (168 hours)<\/strong> before your scheduled arrival date. A cancellation fee of <strong>$25 (including tax)<\/strong> will apply, and the deposit will be refunded to the customer after deducting the $25 fee. During this period, you can also reschedule your reservation for another date within the same season without incurring any charges.<\/p>\n<p>If the customer cancels the reservation within one week of the arrival date (within 168 hours), the deposit will be retained as a penalty, and rescheduling to another date will not be permitted.<\/p>\n<p>For example, if you have booked a stay from June 20 to June 24 (with a scheduled arrival time of 1:00 PM on June 20), you must notify us before 1:00 PM on June 13 to receive a refund (the deposit will be refunded to the customer after deducting the $25 fee).<\/p>\n<p>Please note that you can inform us by phone (418-829-2953) or email (<a rel=\"noopener\">info@campingorleans.com<\/a>). Therefore, if you do not show up by 11:00 AM the day after your scheduled arrival, your reservation will be considered canceled.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, you are required to honor your reservation, meaning you must fulfill the number of nights you booked upon arrival. After that, it will not be possible to shorten or change your stay. Any modifications must be made at least one week before your arrival. If you wish to extend your stay, we will be happy to discuss availability with you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"border-b border-blue-100\" x-data=\"{selected:null}\">\r\n      <h2 @click=\"selected !== 2 ? selected = 2 : selected = null\" class=\"text-lg md:text-2xl text-uppercase cursor-pointer focus:outline-none\">Satisfaction Guaranteed Program<\/h2>\r\n      <div class=\"max-h-0 overflow-hidden md:transition-all md:duration-normal\" x-ref=\"container2\" x-bind:style=\"selected == 2 ? 'max-height: ' + $refs.container2.scrollHeight + 'px' : ''\">\r\n        <div class=\"py-6\"><p>Camping Orl\u00e9ans is a member of Camping Qu\u00e9bec and willingly apply its Satisfaction Guaranteed Program. It goes as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u00abThe campgrounds which are members of Camping Qu\u00e9bec and have posted the sign of the voluntary Satisfaction Guaranteed Program certify that their campground are clean and well kept. If upon your arrival you are not satisfied with the campground, the owner will give you a refund if requested within <strong>half an hour<\/strong>\u00a0of your registration \u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"border-b border-blue-100\" x-data=\"{selected:null}\">\r\n      <h2 @click=\"selected !== 3 ? selected = 3 : selected = null\" class=\"text-lg md:text-2xl text-uppercase cursor-pointer focus:outline-none\">Additional Persons Policy<\/h2>\r\n      <div class=\"max-h-0 overflow-hidden md:transition-all md:duration-normal\" x-ref=\"container3\" x-bind:style=\"selected == 3 ? 'max-height: ' + $refs.container3.scrollHeight + 'px' : ''\">\r\n        <div class=\"py-6\"><p>A camper group can include up to five people (2 adults\/3 children) without incurring additional costs. Beyond five, the costs are $10.00 per additional person per night. Children aged 15 and under are accepted free of charge. The number of people must be determined AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. To be considered as additional people, you must stay in the equipment of your hosts throughout the stay. Otherwise, even if the camper group consists of less than five people, any person who camps only part of the stay is considered a visitor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"border-b border-blue-100\" x-data=\"{selected:null}\">\r\n      <h2 @click=\"selected !== 4 ? selected = 4 : selected = null\" class=\"text-lg md:text-2xl text-uppercase cursor-pointer focus:outline-none\">Visitors Policy<\/h2>\r\n      <div class=\"max-h-0 overflow-hidden md:transition-all md:duration-normal\" x-ref=\"container4\" x-bind:style=\"selected == 4 ? 'max-height: ' + $refs.container4.scrollHeight + 'px' : ''\">\r\n        <div class=\"py-6\"><p>All clients are welcome to receive visitors. Visitors must pay an entry fee and adhere to campground regulations. The rates are $10.00 (taxes included) per adult (16 years and older) and $5.00 (taxes included) per child (ages 5 to 15), while children under 5 years old enter for free. Visitors have full access to all campground facilities (such as restrooms, swimming pool, playground, etc.). They can enter starting at 9 a.m. and must leave by 10 p.m. No visitors will be accepted after 9 p.m. If clients wish to have visitors stay overnight (only in their camping equipment; otherwise, another site must be rented), an additional fee of $5.00 per adult and $3.00 per child (ages 5 to 15) must be paid before 8 p.m. Departure time is 1 p.m. the following day. If visitors wish to stay longer afterwards, they must renew their registration and pay the daily fee again.<\/p>\n<p>The fees paid by visitors are solely for their access to the campground. Registered campers are responsible for the behavior of their visitors and will be held accountable in the event of any issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"border-b border-blue-100\" x-data=\"{selected:null}\">\r\n      <h2 @click=\"selected !== 5 ? selected = 5 : selected = null\" class=\"text-lg md:text-2xl text-uppercase cursor-pointer focus:outline-none\">Site rental policy<\/h2>\r\n      <div class=\"max-h-0 overflow-hidden md:transition-all md:duration-normal\" x-ref=\"container5\" x-bind:style=\"selected == 5 ? 'max-height: ' + $refs.container5.scrollHeight + 'px' : ''\">\r\n        <div class=\"py-6\"><p>A camping group counts for four persons or less. It can be four adults, two adults and two children, one adult and three children or three adults and one child, as long as they use the SAME CAMPING EQUIPMENT. Any supplementary person (16 years old and over) is considered extra.<\/p>\n<p>The number of persons making up the camping group is the one determined AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. All other person that adds up afterwards, even if the original group is of only two persons, is considered a visitor.<\/p>\n<p>We accept ONLY ONE EQUIPMENT AND ONE VEHICLE per site. We will accept an additional tent only if it is used by young children with one or two adults, or if it is used for storage purposes. In that case, it has to be left flat. A second tent must be signaled at the time of registration.<\/p>\n<p>Whenever a camping group includes more than two adults and a second equipment is necessary, a different site must be rented. Even if the group uses only one vehicle, it is the number of camping equipments used that determines the number of necessary sites.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that any vehicle used to sleep in, as a van, is considered as camping equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n            <li class=\"border-b border-blue-100\" x-data=\"{selected:null}\">\r\n      <h2 @click=\"selected !== 6 ? selected = 6 : selected = null\" class=\"text-lg md:text-2xl text-uppercase cursor-pointer focus:outline-none\">Regulations<\/h2>\r\n      <div class=\"max-h-0 overflow-hidden md:transition-all md:duration-normal\" x-ref=\"container6\" x-bind:style=\"selected == 6 ? 'max-height: ' + $refs.container6.scrollHeight + 'px' : ''\">\r\n        <div class=\"py-6\"><ul>\n<li>Check out time is 1 P.M.<\/li>\n<li>There is a curfew between 11 P.M. and 8 A.M. and no noise nor fire will be tolerated during this period.<\/li>\n<li>All your visitors must register upon arriving and pay the entrance fees. All visitors must have left at 10 P.M.<\/li>\n<li>The use of the magnetic cards is exclusively reserved to our clients. Lending a card could involve expulsion.<\/li>\n<li>Only one equipment and one vehicle per site is authorized.<\/li>\n<li>The maximal speed everywhere on the campground is 8 km\/ph.<\/li>\n<li>It is strictly forbidden to cut branches and to molest trees.<\/li>\n<li>Campfires are permitted in the fireplaces only.<\/li>\n<li>It is strictly forbidden to wash vehicles or equipments with a hose.<\/li>\n<li>It is strictly forbidden to shed gray or black waters on the grass.<\/li>\n<li>Campers on three service sites must use a sewer ring.<\/li>\n<li>All campers on the first row along the river must place their equipment perpendicular to the river.<\/li>\n<li>A group of three or more sites have to identify a person responsible for the whole group and its visitors. This person will make sure that all rules are respected.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are allowed.
